1. Terms and Conditions (aka The Small Print)
These terms and conditions (”Terms”) apply to the use of the Monmon online store and all orders placed
through it. By using the online store you accept these Terms and agree to follow them.
We have to tell you, that we reserve the right to make changes or updates to the online store, and that
includes changing the prices of the products, the selection of the items you can order and the contents of
these Terms. Should we decide to use this right and make substantial changes to these Terms or our Privacy
Policy (something we think you might want to be aware of), we promise to inform our customers in
advance on our website. So stay tuned.
At the moment the products purchased from the Monmon online store are only delivered to customers in
Finland, but as mentioned above, should this change, we’ll let you know.
All the products in the Monmon online store are distributed by Premier Brands Ltd, VAT 2520205-5.

To place an order in Monmon online store you must meet the criteria set for ordering and solemnly swear
that you give true and accurate information of yourself. Oh, and you must be at least 18 years old, too.
We would really like you to join our gang and create an account for yourself (which also makes it that much
easier to order again in the future), but no pressure, you can place an order without registering, too.
All orders must be placed online. Meaning, we do not accept orders via phone or email. Thanks.
We reserve the right to cancel placed orders if we don’t have what you want in stock, for example, and in
such a case we will contact you right away. A binding contract will only be formed when you receive an
order confirmation e-mail from us, telling you that we have the item(s) you want in our stock and giving
you an estimation of the delivery time for your order.
4. Shipping and delivery time
All our orders are shipped with Posti’s parcel point service, which means that you can conveniently collect
your package from your nearest Posti parcel point as soon as it makes its way there. Nifty, huh? If you want
to read more about this service, you can do so here.
We do our best to mail your order within 24 hours from the moment we confirm it, and the packages
usually reach the Posti parcel points in 2-4 business days.
Since nobody loves those additional shipping fees, but we do love our customers, we decided to add a 5-
euro shipping fee only to orders of less than 20€. We thought you might like that.
5. Return policy and complaints
If you are not pleased with the item(s) that you ordered (or suffer from buyer’s remorse), you have a right
to return the product(s) to us within 14 business days, no questions asked. Provided that you haven’t used
them and all the labels, tags and stickers are still attached as they should be, of course.
You can only return products by mail, and you must pay the expences yourself. All returns failing to meet
these criteria will be sent back to the customer on a cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.) basis.
In case you wish to return products or have any complaints about them, we kindly ask you to send us an e-
mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, and tell us what the matter is. We will then help you to make it all better again,
and send you more detailed instructions on how to return the products that made you unhappy.
